I found that the conditioner's moisturizing properties might be a bit too much for my hair type.
Even when using a minimal amount and focusing on the ends of my hair, I consistently experienced an unwanted greasy residue. This issue persisted even with thorough rinsing, indicating that the formula might be too heavy for those with fine or easily weighed-down hair.
