I have long delicate semi-frizzy hair. My hair is also color treated and highlighted, so I need to be very careful to keep it well protected and moisturized. I use this spray on my dry hair to add shine, and protect from the sun. The scent for me is very light and does not last long. I also use this when I braid my hair at night and when I get up my hair is super smooth.
