Excellent for dry older skin
I love Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation so I thought I’d try this Moisture Brightening Powder. I have dry no-longer-young skin and stopped using setting powder years ago. This does not settle into lines, and I use it very sparingly. It creates a blurred effect which does wonders for those lines and wrinkles.

This is a really light weight blurring powder that doesn't make you look dry. It is not a lot of coverage, but your skin looks better. I wish it didn't cost so much. I will buy is when they have a sale. i have fair skin with cool undertones and the color was fine . Went on rather translucent.

The first time I used this I was on the fence. I had tried a primer under my foundation and I think the primer just added too much, making this look a little cakey. I tried the next day with my normal foundation and no primer and viola....perfect brightening and blurring. It does not cake or dry out during the course of the day and in these face mask wearing times, it does not transfer to the mask. A definite winner!

Great for dry skin
I need to use powder to help blush apply smoothly and blend everything together but with mature, dry skin, it is easy to end up with a dry, cakey look which is the last thing we want. A light dusting of this works great and does what I want without looking either dry or cakey. I haven't tried the brush that comes with the powder so can't comment on that but works very well with a separate big fluffy powder brush. This is expensive but I expect that it will last a long time. Also well designed and nice looking compact.
