I think it helps
This is my second purchase. As I get older I feel my hair thinning. I think this actually helps my hair grow or be healthier-especially around my face. Plus it smells great!

To harsh on my skin
The shampoo and conditioner are not a good fit if you have sensitive skin! My skin was so red, and burnt so bad after one use
