Clean ingredients, mild scent are pluses. Am guessing best for daily washing. For me, the effect seems similar to shampooing with simple Castile soap. My hair did not feel clean, and by day 2 my hair looked limp and thin. My hair is normal-to-dry and somewhat thick. This shampoo did nothing to impart body, and added no shine to my white hair. It is a healthy choice, but I will not repurchase.

I like the texture of this shampoo, not too heavy not too light. It leaves hair soft and clean, it does not weigh hair down and yet it is moisturizing enough for normal hair. It does not leave a residue, which for grey/white hair like mine is important Nice fragrance, not overpowering .
