This mascara is awful, it never dries. For years I've used my blow drier to make mascara dry faster and it has always worked. This mascara never dries and 20+ minutes later I have mascara marks on my upper eye area. The only way I found I can use this mascara is to use another brand of Waterproof mascara over the top of this one.
