It's okay
I ordered the black because I have black eyebrows that need a bit of filling in. The color from the pencil did not apply easily but the gel was okay. The black is on the cool side.

Handy Brow Pencil
Title of this brow pencil is a little misleading - it states that this is a brow pencil and gel. It does not go on as a gel but as a very firm pencil. I have to press very hard on my brow in order to see the color. It does stay on well however, throughout the day.
