This boasts that it is hydrating. It is exactly the opposite. I can see why they call it spackle. It's the consistency of spackle that you left the lid off for too long. Dry as can be and when I applied my makeup it sat on top and streaked horribly. I don't know maybe it was old when I got it but this was just a waste of good money.
