Lierac Tonique Eclat
I like this toner a great deal. It is moisturizing, and calming and effective. Also no perfumes, and a great price as well. I look for a toner with no alcohol, which this does not and one that adds moisture, which this does as well.

The best I've tried.
I love the Lierac Premium moisturizer so when I ran out of the toner product I had been using I ordered the Lierac Tonique Lotion. Just a hint of a scent, (asthma and scent sensitive), and it is light and soothing. It removes any traces of makeup I may have missed and my face is completely clean and soft. All the Lierac products are very high quality and luxurious. Love it!
