feels cooling
This is a typical liquid toner with lots of great ingredients, no alcohol and not irritating and not sticky. it feels a bit cooling going on, and has a very light nondescript scent that seems natural and not at all perfumy.

Meg 21 Moisturizing Toner
In all honesty, I'm not thrilled with this toner. I feel like it is not doing anything for my skin, pore wise or skin tightness. I also am not a fan of the spray pump - it is too messy.

Good Toner for Sensitive Skin
Received a full size of this toner when I purchased some other MEG21 Products. I really do like it...not drying and does not bother my very sensitive skin.

What a great multi-tasker!
MEG 21 Moisturizing Toner does so many things at once for me: it exfoliates, moisturizes, soothes, and addresses minor inflammations. After I started using this magic toner, I stopped using my toner, serum, moisturizer, and exfoliator. My skin care routine got way simplified and more efficient from both time and budget perspective. I also like that its alcohol-free and has botanicals with antioxidant properties. My skin looks more clear, balanced and radiant after using the product for 3 weeks.
