I wanted to love this product
I ordered this product because it sounded like what my skin needs. The texture is like a thick gelled silicone. It goes on smoothly. I can't claim it makes any redness go away, even though I want to. I think my face feels softer and smoother. The GREAT downfall of this product is the odor. I have seen other reviews where the odor is mentioned but not all reviews. I contacted the company, and they stated it is the extract ingredients that cause the odor. To me, this odor is like rancid oil with a sharp, acidic bite. I think the odor is what will prevent me from ordering again. According to the manufacturer, I still have 21 months of suitable use from this batch, but I just can't understand this odor. It might be that a few people have sensory abilities in this range and others don't. If you can, obtain a sample first then give it a try. I hope it works for you.

The texture is nice. Absorbs well and did not cause any irritation or break outs. However as for redness relief it did not do anything for me. This is very disappointing because I see that it worked for many people who reviewed this product. I am really glad it helped others but again, for me, it absolutely did nothing in terms of calming and redness relief.
