Effective with Small Amount of Shampoo
I bought a bottle during the great sales because I love Moroccanoil products and have been frustrated trying to find a shampoo/conditioner that would clean my sensitive scalp and detangle cost effectively without weighing my hair down. I was delighted after my first shampoo today. I only needed a nickel size, which is small for my long spiral curls, to get a full head of suds. I was surprised at how well my hair sudsed up, too, considering that I had overdone the dry shampoo and styling products. I decided to rinse and repeat, just in case. I used the matching conditioner. Wow! I used the Intense Curl Cream after the shower and got a wide comb through my hair. My hair looked like I got a fresh Deva cut with scrunching and air drying!

Great line, great company, not a fan of this one
I do use some Moroccanoil products and I do have curly hair, however, this product wasn't my favorite. It weighed down my hair both the shampoo and the conditioner and did not enhance the curls in anyway, in fact, due to the weighing down issue, less curls and bounce. That being said, I did sample their "volume enhancing" shampoo and conditioner and that did a good job. There's an assumption that all curly hair needs lots of moisture and although that is true, too much moisture can also be problematic. Also, my hair certainly has changed as the yrs. go by so this product perhaps would have worked better in my younger years. So will not purchase again but will consider the volume enhancing product.
