I have used Neocutis eye cream since 2009! They have improved the product a little but the eye cream works and has since I started using it. People stop me and ask what I do because I have no eye wrinkles and I’m 73; I use it twice a day faithfully. I saw a smoothing of my wrinkles 12 years ago and over time they have all but smoothed out. I highly recommend their eye cream and the latest advances seem to tighten my eye area a bit more but it’s hard to improve on the perfect eye cream
