Neostrata Correct Comprehensive Retinol 0.3% Night Serum has the perfect percentage of Retinol for my sensitive Rosacea prone skin. I started using it once a week and have graduated to 3x week at night. In the morning, my face looks fresh and feels velvety soft. The serum is lightweight , fragrance free and absorbs quickly. I tried a sample of this and decided to buy the full size because I liked how it worked. I use prescription retinol too-but can not use it every night. I alternate this in randomly-and only on nights I don't use the prescription cream. I don't want to irritate my skin-but it seems like this adds a nice "boost" when used "part time". : ) Love the fact there is no scent added -and all the NeoStrata products I use are very high quality-in my option.

I have to be careful using products with retinol in them. It only contains a small amount of retinol but can make my skin breakout. Small amount goes along way on sensitive skin like mine.

I switched to this from my prescription retinoid because I was looking for a lighter product for summer. As a result, it does not provide as much discomfort as my prescription retinoid but also doesn't do as good of a job with wrinkles, etc. I do very much like it though and would buy it again.
