Very Good Product
I am a fan of Neostrata products. I thought I would try this one. I use two other eye creams. I use one in he morning and one in the evening. I am using trying this one in the evening.

Hydrates Eye Area
I was feeling a dryness to my skin, especially around the lashes. I'm no longer rubbing nor feel the dryness that cause my eyes to itch. Feeling and looking much smoother.
