Great Balancing Toner
I am someone who deals with very oily skin. The Neova-Procyte Balancing Toner helps control the oil my skin produces. It is very refreshing to my skin and cleans deep down into my pores to help prevent future acne breakouts as well. I was introduced to the Neove-Procyte products about 3 years ago and I have been using them ever since. I have had acne for over 25 years and have tried everything over the counter as well as the very expensive dermatologist prescribed medications and none of them ever worked. The Neova-Procyte products have helped clear up my acne and keep it clear. This stuff works!
