I used this product on my nose after having a skin graft with stitches. This item is Expensive but little bit goes a long way. It is not greasy, definitely helps with keeping the area moist and has helped fade the scar. This item worked better for me than the silicone sheets.

Works very well, but takes time
I have tried other products to treat my acne scars, and this is the best one. However, because my scars are old, the improvement is gradual and must be used over a long period.

Scars disappear
If you are really good about using this product on a daily basis for a few months, scars will almost disappear. It goes on very easily and you can't even see it on the skin. You just have to remember to reapply after swimming or sweating. I have used it for a few months and you really have to look to see any traces of a scar. It took a very red and uneven scar and make it flat and took all redness away. I wish I had the product sooner had I known about it.
