Nice improvement
I’ve been using the old NuFace Trinity pro for years. One of my heads needed replaced, and I knew that the old attachments were going to be harder to find. I decided to upgrade to the new NuFace pro. Here’s what some of the differences between old and new and what I like. 1. New 3-depth modes. 2. Micro current of 500 micro amps vs 400 micro amps. I really do believe that It has made a difference with lifting my jowls and brows 3. Boost button which adds 25% more micro current. Great idea on their part. We all need a boost! 4. I absolutely love the new attachments! Instead of holding a button down to align your attachments, in the new one it just slides on with a magnetic force. I used to have problems with my old one getting the attachments aligned. After a while, it’s like the device would relax (get wider) so the heads wouldn’t always fit right 5. I love the new charging cradle. You just slide device in and it starts charging. With the old one you have to make sure that the metal strip on the bottom of device is sealed properly on the 2 prong charger. I had many problems with it charging. Note: you have to see the lights on the device flashing to know it’s charging. If they’re not, your not charging it!). That said, after the new one goes through it’s charging (the lights stop flashing) , if you pull out the device and engage it back in charger, it appears like it’s charging all over. So the question is- is it truly charging? I worry about that. 6. The new device has Bluetooth capability. Since I’ve used the Trinity for so long, I haven’t really used it. I’m used to the routine. 7. The beep ( that tells you to change positions) on the new device is much quieter. However, there is a slight pause (like on an electric toothbrush) that also tells you to change positions. Good improvement. 8. You can only buy NuFace Trinity + Pro via spas, doctor’s offices and spas. LovelySkin qualifies for this. Overall, great improvements. I’m glad I bought it. Interesting product with some significant drawbacks
Very interesting product and the basic technology definitely seems to work but it caused a distinct metallic taste in my mouth which is disconcerting. At first the electrical sensation troubled me but using enough gel and applying the Nuface Aqua Gel in sections as I used the device helped with this, which the directions clearly tell you so reading the directions (booklet and app etc) takes time and is very important. I was VERY excited about the red-light attachment and it was one of the key reasons I bought this specific set but once I read the directions and learned that I needed 21 minutes each time I used it (3 minutes each x 7 sections of the face) I knew I was not going to do that so big disappointment. The benefits of this product are quickly seen I think but require constant use to maintain them. definitely great on the "11's" between the eye and the folds around the mouth. I think I may have found a less powerful, less expensive Nuface to be enough device for me but I wanted to try the most powerful with the most features and this one is definitely that! A very well made device. You do need to keep buying Aqua Gel to use it and that is an on-going additional not insignificant expense.

Can't hear the beep
I thought I would try the Nuface Trinity + Pro because I have the Nuface TRINITY pro and have been using this product for the last 5 years. I have always had great results with the old but, I wanted to try the new one because it has 100 more micro current amps. The only issue I have with the new one is the you can't hear the beep which is how you know to move the device to the next section. It is extremely quiet and I do not have hearing issues. Other than that, the device works well but this is a major drawback for me and I let the company know it. Hopefully, they will fix that issue with any future devices.
