It works
Olaplex works to keep my swimmer's hair healthy, especially when I combine it with the No. 0. I just use a little on my hair after I rinse it with fresh water, put on my swim cap and go. It also works before regular shampooing too. I learned about it from my hair colorist. I can't use most of the other Olaplex products because they contain Limonene, a common allergen. But No.3 and No. 0 don't. Good Stuff

I had used the No 3 by itself and then decided to pair No 0 with No 3 and I am very happy with how less frizzy my hair is and how smooth it looks. I am using the entire system now and after No 0 and No 3, I am washing with No 4 and conditioning with No 5. I am liking the results on my very fine and thin yet frizzy hair.
