It's a liner pencil
I like the blue color as a fun choice for day, plus it doesn't look too heavy for day wear. It's not as soft as some of my other liners and it tends to crumble a little bit. I like having a color alternative to brown and charcoal, but I think there are better liners out there.

Love the pencil, but not in plum
I have this pencil in brown and blue and love them both. The plum, however, I have ordered from two different sites and found both to be very sub par. At first I thought the pencil was defective (ordered from amazon) so then ordered from our trusted LovelySkin :) The same issue existed w this pencil. It does NOT WORK on lower lids, period. The color doesn’t show, except for flaky chunks that get caught in the lower lashes. If you use for upper lid, you can see the color but it takes a few strokes for it to show… and then can get chunky/flaky. But for my lower-lid people, avoid the plum color. The brown and blue are both fabulous, creamy and pop.

I'm in my mid-50s, so I've tried many eyeliner pencils over the years. Finally, a product that does what it states!
