Luminous and a Highlighter - As advertised
This is not moisturizing but I use it under my moisturizer for some "pop". I have fair skin and I'm older so sometimes my skin needs a little "pop". I don't use it everyday. But when I'm looking drab, I grab this. A little goes a long way. I don't care for foundations so this is the next best thing for me. I do have a problem getting it to pump out of the container. I have to squeeze the bottom of the tube to get it to respond.

Osmosis Primer/ Highlighter
I have been using this as a primer and highlighter. I do like it more as a primer on me though. By itself under foundation is pretty. A little for me, goes a long way. I have also taken just a little bit and mixed it with whatever foundation, that's pretty too. As a highlighter, I just use very little and apply to highlight.
