Gave these to my husband because I did not realize it had caffeine in them, and I am sensitive to caffeine. I get horrible headaches. So far he likes them. Gives him more energy and need more time to see if it helps to burn fat.

I have really been liking the osmosis melt. I am halfway through the bottle and noticed I definitely see a decrease in appetite. It is too soon to tell about other benefits, but I will for sure be repurchasing this again.
