Does not work as advertised

This is just a basic toner that does not irritate or dry my sensitive skin that a lot of other toners do but I did not see results in terms hydration, wrinkle reduction, firming, and calming redness. Clean fresh scent. Spray is horrible - does not mist, rather squirts unevenly. I always use a cotton pad to apply.
