It's sort of hard to tell, but I think that this filler actually worked on a couple of more deep-seated wrinkles I have been putting it on under my chin and along my jaw line! What I wanted it for were my nasolabial lines but it doesn't seem to have helped with those yet.

I have used many wrinkle smoothing products but I like Osmotics the best. Some of the other products affect my eyes making my vision a little off like it is too strong?? I use this two times a day to make my wrinkles a little less noticeable. I use this after botox to keep the results lasting longer. I use a partial pump and dab it around my crows feet and a little under my eyes and my forehead. It blends well with other products. The container last a few months. It is a bit pricey but when I tried a cheaper brand from another website it did nothing for my wrinkles - like using water.

I like this product line and decided to splurge on this, thinking it would have both instant and long-term benefits for softening the wrinkles about my lips and around my mouth. There is mention in the description of "instant" improvement, but that has not been the case for me in my first week of consistent use. It's a nice enough cream, but there are no immediate cosmetic improvements,and I am hoping the long-term benefits over time will justify this expensive purchase.
