First, there were no intelligible instructions for utilizing the supposedly hydrating lip patch. There was a gooey substance in the package and the patch itself would not adhere to my lips. It's useless. The balm treatment was better, but has an unpleasant, sticky texture, and I don't notice that my lips seem moisturized. Look elsewhere for a quality lip treatment.
