Poor design - roller ball does not work

This came with two items: a package of 1 gel eye pad and a roller ball with serum. I liked the eye gel pads that went directly under my eyes, as they were cool and refreshing. The roller ball does not work well, so I have to tug against my eye to release the serum, which defeats the purpose of using a product to help my dark underage circles. Many ties no serum came out, so I rolled it on my wrist to get it going, and there was nothing. A metal roller ball would have felt better to achieve a cooling sensation. Overpriced for what it is, and I would not repurchase.
