Flakes and leaves white streaks

Have used this for over a week now. I use it over moisturizer on my face and also on darker areas on my body. Each time, after rubbing in the sunscreen, it leaves flakes on the outer edges. Also, the white color stays white on my skin, even after rubbing in! It takes several hours to disappear and usually after I sweat. Not happy with this purchase.
