Waste of Money

I cannot attest to whether this has any lash growing ability as I have found it ineffective as a liner so don't use it enough to make that call. The liner is terrible. Color is not true black, rather like a gray black. It does not apply well and disappears quickly. Skip this, i think it it just hype.
