Cool Toner Mist
I use this after I cleanse my face two times a day and it feels refreshing and leave my skin feeling soft and supple. I let the mist dry then I apply the Water Drench by Peter Thomas Roth.

Better than water
I've always used canned spring water to mist my well water off my face. I still use canned water but now I pat that dry and spray with this. I like everything in Peter's Water Drench line so I tried the hydrating mist. It makes the Water Drench Cloud Cream work even better, and the Cloud Cream is perfect on its own. My SO works all night. He spritzes this on in the morning before his drive him to help him feel refreshed.
