Product appeared to be dried out
The mask was dried out, stiff, and appeared to be an old lot/batch. Photos I've seen of this product show a much more emollient texture, so I assume the mask I received was off. Don't know if the efficacy was also compromised. While it made my hair softer, I was expecting more from Phyto in terms of results.
