Phyto does deserve a 5 but the cost and lack of sudsy lather my previous products had made me give it a 4. I have used Phytodefrisant Hair Relaxing Balm for several years with much success and I recently began to use the Phyto line exclusively for shampooing and conditioning. I use Phytolisse shampoo and conditioner (aka mask) and alternate with the Phytonectar shampoo every other hair wash. I have never have a bad hair day since. I can go 3 straight days without shampooing and conditioning, only using a round brush and blow dryer to restyle (unless at the gym). I get my hair colored professionally every 4wks but my hair texture is beautiful and the color fade is minimal. Overall my hair is fantastic now.
