My hair strands are very thin, brittle and fragile, so its important to treat my hair very regularly after my relaxer to prevent breakage. This is truly a formula that worked for my hair type and made it stand up to my bristle round brush, thin comb (which I rarely use) and hair dryer. After strip my hair using a shampoo for that, I use just what I need from this treatment to cover every strand and I keep it on for at least 30-60 minutes. Considering the thin hair strands I possess, I still manipulate gently, but this makes the process a lot less stressful.
