My hairstylist uses this brand's color so I thought I would give their shampoo and conditioner (Tokyo) a shot. I wish I could give it negative stars. It left my hair looking worse than before I washed it. I told my hairstylist and he said, "Oh, I should have warned you. Even their sales rep told me they put all their effort into their dyes and the products were an after thought. I don't even use them." Live and learn. I sure wouldn't buy this again.
