I've used this as a deep conditioner (wearing a shower cap over it, wrapped in a towel for 30 min) when I need a deep conditioning. Typically, I use it as my regular conditioner every 5 days. Applied in the shower, leaving it on while I leisurely shower, it always makes my hair quite soft and shiny. I find it goes a long way and always use this travel size rather than the larger pot of the product, simply because it fits on my shower shelf.
