Not Moisturizing Enough

I love the Pureology Hydrate conditioner & read good things about the Curl Complete, so I thought I’d give it a try. I definitely will not be buying this again, it doesn’t condition my hair enough. My hair is left tangled and feeling dry compared to when I use the Hydrate conditioner.
