I have always used Aveda and then decided to try this once when I found out who owns Aveda and that it's not as natural as I thought it was. It makes my hair very smooth and free of frizzies. I will continue to use this.

It not only smells fantastic and expensive, but it does what it makes claim to. I live high up in the Rocky Mountains where it is very very dry. My hair since moving here is so dry and frizzy you can't even comb through it without lots of spray in conditioning. This helps a lot. My hair is in much better shape and requires much less shampooing. FYI: I have Caucasian, baby fine naturally very wavy hair.
