Drying
This shampoo dried out my hair terribly, and I'm pretty sure it removed more color than it saved. I'm a natural blonde who dyes her hair red. Red tends to fade quickly anyway, but this shampoo, and its conditioner, didn't live up to what it''s supposed to do. The hydrate formula on the other hand...love that stuff!
