Dispenser broken
I've been using Pureology shampoo and conditioner for many years now and recently ordered the Smooth Perfection at the advise of Lovelyskin for flyaway hairs. I like the product but halfway through the bottle the pump no longer works. I can still use the product but it's annoying and messy. Therefore I can only give 4 stars.

Pureology Heat Protectant Smoothing Lotion
I have coarse, wiry, curly hair and find this product aids in smoothing my hair during drying. I apply product to my hands similar to a hand cream and then work throughout my hair from scalp to ends and comb out. Upon drying and straightening with a round brush, my hair is smooth and frizz is eliminated. The formula is non sticky which is important to aid in styling. I use this product along with Pureology smoothing shampoo and conditioner.

Calms frizz
I have very curly hair that tends to frizz in the Florida heat. After I leave the shower, I pump a bit of this in my hand and rub it through my hair at the top of my head. It stops my do from wigging out and keeps it fairly smooth. I know I’ll never get it super smooth but at least this product reliably stops frizz without hardening.
