Too sticky !
This did not work for me. Firstly the smell is awful , smells like an old lady perfume! I’ve been diligently using this on my cracked heels and it hasn’t improved. Furthermore it is very greasy and you have to put on socks so you won’t grease up your slippers or bedsheets. It is too thick and greasy for me and doesn’t work.

Not Noteworthy
I am so disappointed. The Qtica Balm is nothing special at all. It smells nice, but as far as actually moisturizing my heels, it is just average--on par with any over-the-counter, big brand body lotion. It's not even any thicker than a lotion. I was hoping for more.
