Not oily!
I have curly permed hair that can appear dry and frizzy. This Redken product defines my curls without leaving an oily feel! I'm not crazy about the scent. I wish it was scented like most other Redken products. This oil smells like vanilla - not a bad scent but not my preference. I'll continue to buy it though because the performance for the price is outstanding.
