Does help with frizz
This is a good shampoo that, along with the conditioner, really does seem to tame frizz as long as I blow dry while my hair is still wet. It’s a bit too perfumey for me, but I am using it because it works.

One of my better shampoos
My hair dresser uses this shampoo on my hair. I really like it as it does help to smooth and control my hair. I also use the conditioner and they work very well together on my thick, natural hair.
