Unpleasant scent and no lather

I love trying different body washes and have a couple different ones in my shower at all times. This one was disappointing: the scent was unpleasant (not bright, fresh or invigorating as I had expected - but rather stale/sour smelling), and there was next to no lather. At first I thought I’d just keep it and use it up, but after trying it a second time I just couldn’t stand the smell, so I returned it.
