I live in a dry climate, so I usually wash my hair just 2-3 times weekly. This is a great overnight conditioner that I love to apply before bed, sleep with it on, and then shampoo out the next morning. Leaves hair feeling soft, looking smoother, and looking healthier. It helps a great deal with the little fly-aways my fine hair can get in the dry environment where I live. It is quite heavily fragranced, which I don't care for, but as fragrance in hair care products has never caused problems for me, I can put up with it.
