Evens out skin tone over time
My aesthetician recommended I use this because it is a pH balanced toner and uses seaweed to even out skin tone. My combination skin is evenly hydrated and the dark splotches have lightened overtime. I don't think it has lightened solely because of this product however this product does even out the hydration level as well as skin tone. I definitely recommend it. I swipe this on my face in the morning instead of washing it.
