Not sure about the effects
I liked the idea of this serum. I don't have dark circles or wrinkles but I do have some puffiness or bags under my eyes first thing in the am. I find eye patches seem to be more effective to treat this issue than this serum- only 2 weeks using it am and pm but not impressed yet
