I haven't noticed any lightening of circles yet, but I just use this in the morning. It is great under makeup. Not super moisturizing, but that's fine for me since I could layer another product over it if needed. A very small amount is needed.

Under eye circles
I was born with under eye circles! I like this product because it does lighten the dark area. The circles are not 100% gone but they are greatly improved. The product is light weight and spreads easily. A little bit goes a long way. I will continue to use it.
