New eyeliner
I first thought the pencil would be too back as I am blonde, fair skinned but it went on smoothly in a very fine line and close to my lashes. It does stay on a long time as promoted and I have found that I do not need to reapply mascara quite so often as it really defines the eyes. As I get older my lashes are thinner and have needed the extra boost of mascara so my eyes don't disappear! My only complaint the pencil lead is a little loose in the holder so am extra careful when opening it up. I would be interested in trying it in brown, grey or blue as well if they make it.
