I get terrible leg cramps at night, so I'm always searching for safe options to help soothe my muscles so I can sleep. This stuff really works. And it has a pleasant scent and feels more moisturizing than other similar products I've tried. I would totally recommend this product!

Very good Product
I used the cream after a warm shower. There is no unpleasant odor and it did not burn my sensitive skin. I did feel the cream warm a little about a half hour after it was applied. I felt relief from knee pain as the product warmed. I really like it. A little product goes a long way. I recommend it.

Sticky and stung.
I didn’t like this. It was very sticky a slightly stung. I needed to wash it off to fall asleep. I’ve used other magnesium oils and lotions that were much more pleasant.

Works okay
I use this after working out on my neck, shoulders and lower back. It helps ease the pain/discomfort. I will keep using it but not sure yet if I will purchase it again once I use it up.
