Sticky and stung.
I didn’t like this. It was very sticky a slightly stung. I needed to wash it off to fall asleep. I’ve used other magnesium oils and lotions that were much more pleasant.

Works okay
I use this after working out on my neck, shoulders and lower back. It helps ease the pain/discomfort. I will keep using it but not sure yet if I will purchase it again once I use it up.
