Good Mascara

Sienna Mascara seems like it would be good mascara with the one exception, the mascara itself seems to be all dried out within the tube. Not sure if I got an old one or this is how it is meant to be? Patience on application gives mascara that seems to stays on all day, has deep black pigments, gives thick full lashes, is basic good everyday mascara however this doesnt make lashes super long even with a lash primer. This is Not a wet mascara, it’s on the dryer side of mascaras.
