It Works
I have oily lids and find that my liner seems to find it's way from my upper to my lower eye by mid day. I started using this with the senna cake liner and it does not budge. I have not tried it with shadows yet but intend on doing so. However, it works great with the senna liner.

WOW!! THIS REALLY WORKS!!
It does what it says it does. You can turn any shadow into a liner, and the cake liner really stays on. SO glad I gave this a try!!
